During the first session students make paper utilizing traditional 17th century fibers and processes. Students will learn to make paper using a hollander beater from cotton & linen rag, raw flax, hemp and straw fibers. Students are encouraged to come with a watermark and will form 12x18 sheets.

During the second session students will use their handmade papers and leather to make a long stitch binding.
