In July 2006, Andrea Currie and Athena Kafantaris presented a collection of works and an interactive collaborative installation, including color photographs, digital collage, sculpture and paintings.

Andrea Currie is a Burlington-based artist who has been working out of the Green Door Studio for the last year. Her paintings, prints and wood sculptures depict industrial decay and attempt to capture the life in objects that have long since become useless.

Athena Kafantaris became a member of the Green Door Studio in September 2005. Primarily an installation artist, Athena's work utilizes found and recycled materials, photography and video. Important themes in her work include personal mythology and perception of self.
