The People's Republic of Paper:

Papermaking Workshops

fabriano papermaking

The key method of keeping knowledge about hand papermaking alive is to teach it to others. For this reason, papermaking workshops and community classes are taught at the Green Door Studio. Both Drew Matott and Drew Cameron teach traditional western and eastern paper techniques. These lively workshops explore age-old methods and how to adapt them for further use in classrooms or homes. In the summer the patio is converted into an outdoor paper studio. To register for the next papermaking workshop or to learn more, contact:

Drew Matott or Drew Cameron.
